Since our founding in 1974, the AHC has worked tirelessly to promote peace, democracy, and human rights in southern Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, and the Aegean—with a special focus on Greece and Cyprus. Our mission remains steadfast: to inform U.S. policymakers on critical Hellenic issues and to advocate for policies that advance the interests of the Greek-American community. Thanks to your loyal involvement, the American Hellenic Council continues to serve as a vital voice in Washington, D.C., promoting legislation that defends Hellenism, encourages regional stability, and supports the democratic values we all cherish.
